Easy and efficient screen recording!
What do you like best?
I love that it provides the ability to record actions taken on-screen, with or without a voice or video component to go with it. And I like that the recording session results in a video that can either be downloaded or shared easily via a link. And I also like that it has a convenient Chrome extension to start a recording quickly!
What do you dislike?
There is nothing I have found that I dislike about Loom! It really is a great program.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Working for a software company, Loom solves the problem of explaining steps to customers: we can show them what to do as we walk them through it. It's also very helpful with bug-reporting, to be able to show the developers exactly where and how a problem is occurring.
