What do you like best?

Built into Firefox, it makes taking screenshots effortless. I like the "Save full page" feature, which makes it so I don't have to scroll a page to capture the whole thing. In addition to the standard box selection, one can also select an individual HTML element to capture.

What do you dislike?

The HTML element selector is a little hard to use. Selecting one of the middle of a series of nested elements takes precision with the mouse.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use it. Moreover, use Firefox. It is important to support independent companies that do not profit from their users, as Google does with Chrome. Firefox supports an open web and maintains an alternative web renderer, which is vital for competition and innovation online. Firefox Screenshots adds value to the web experience.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I save pages that might disappear or change in the future. I also use web screenshots to report problems to web admins and communicate ideas to my colleagues.
