What do you like best?

I particularly love its screenshot annotation and editing function as it comes with a few varieties of editing tools for editing those screenshots as per the necessity. This software is time-saving in many ways such as allowing web pages to be captured with a single click via the browser extension.

What do you dislike?

The only downside that I feel about this fantastic screenshot taking tool is that it can only take screenshots for web-pages and cannot be used offline.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use this amazing screenshot taker to show exactly where the issues are on a website, and can quickly share what I see with others. I use this also to record notes and remember areas of concern which I can later review and check that corrections have been made.
