What do you like best?

The rich assortment of options to be able to snap at various sizes , depending on the requirement is a big bonus. The ability to take a full screenshot of document without having to scroll through the document is an added advantage compared to Snipping tool. The option to be able to add filters and draw figures, when required avoids the usage of an additional tool along with HyperSnap to achieve the required features to the snapped image/text.

What do you dislike?

The payment expected for the service is a little too high, especially if located outside USA. Region specific pricing would help in good diversity of users from all parts of the world. Secondly, the interface to look at is a little icky, like a tool built in 90's, rather than a feature rich interface, appealing to the eye.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Utilize it to complement Snipping Tool of Windows. Both are good in their own way, depending on what features are required in a given situation. Utilize the free version for 20 days and then take a call on whether its something you would use it on a frequent basis, before going for the paid version.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm using it primarily for my text snapping. It helps me get good clarity text snippets at just the required size with the right formatting to make it reading pleasant. I also utilize it while taking screenshot of a webpage, when I have running sheets.
