Droplr is effortless visual collaboration for everyone. While industry incumbents are mired in folder-based architecture, email attachments, FTP, or ad-hoc hacks, Droplr is changing the industry though its simple, secure platform: in one single step Droplr converts any file into a URL that can be sent via any communication platform. Droplr is focused on being deeply integrated into the tools that creative teams use.

Graphic designers, UI/UX designers, developers, consultants, and others all run into walls. Some of these walls are: 1) File formats and compatibility across devices 2) Remote teams 3) Collaboration and Feedback is out of context 4) there is a lack of workflow integration 5) the file transfer process for visual assets is slow and clumsy.

Droplr is a technology company based in Bend, Oregon. We founded the company in 2012 and are backed by an incredible group of investors and advisors.

We spend all our time on two things:
1) Making the best tech products that we can imagine – products that are a joy to use, we strive to hear our customers to say “This is how it was meant to be”
2) Listening to our customers, we’re playing the long game and we believe that if we can help you send an important file, make a faster iteration, or just have one less headache during the day then together we’ve made the world a better place – so we invite you into a conversation with us!

WHY DROPLR?
It’s 2016. Sending a visual asset or file from A to B shouldn’t be hard. Droplr has 4 key areas of focus. Simplicity: transfer files in a single step. Security: password protect uploads, links auto-expire, end-to-end encryption. Ease of use: uploads convert to HTML5 to flow seamlessly between devices, no file-type roadblocks. Integration: native apps for Mac, Windows, and iOS integrate with the tools designers are already using for a perfect fit into the collaborative workflow.

Easy to implement and use.

What do you like best?

It is incredibly convenient to use this program. These apps are designed to transfer files easily. Droplr is therefore less expensive than many comparable apps. High quality screen captures are needed without any hard drive space. It is an enormous instrument that really remains the strain of worrying about how much space my machine has to capture.

What do you dislike?

A great downside is that in the Linux operating system Droplr does not run. While Droplr works well on Windows and iOS, Linux still has a big issue. Function of GIF. The frame rate, which produces very slow gifs, cannot be adjusted. When attempting to illustrate issues with a consumer site or any video I edit, GIFs also have an enormous meaning. The real issue is less than 3 seconds, I don't want to spend 30 seconds to search. But with the GIF function, which extends over the whole actual problem, this can happen quite frequently.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If fast screen capture files are to be shared / shared, use Droplr. The product can be easy to use when you set up your custom shortcuts. The default configuration is somewhat mistaken, but you can change it. As this is an inexpensive option for file sharing, small businesses are always much enjoyed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm using Droplr for sharing and store my work files with commands. To my coworkers and clients I still use Droplr to send my files. Briefly, the storage room is resolved. When our team needs to rapidly analyze the design alternatives, use Droplr, paste the connect and chat about the problem feature instead of being caught and loaded. This saves us time and room on the machine that boosts productivity, as our team doesn't have to go through it every month to free up space on their hard drives.
