The Best Product for Cloud Security
What do you like best?
The best we like in this product is tokenization for Date of Birth field, Elastic search which covers both stateful and stateless encryption.The field level encryption will be there for personal users based on PII and PHI data.
Recently, CipherCloud also giving support for lightening version of salesfore this helps more comfortable for normal users through salesforce.
What do you dislike?
As of now we didn't found any dislikes but if we had any fixes immediately the support team involves the development team to provide us the fix and the team come ups with code changes or patch updates will do the same at our end make changes at respective gateways.
Only thing we found that the price of this product is more compare with other security products. Apart from this the service and support is good. Along with this i will suggest what are the new implementations is required based on client requirement can implement collective in one patch instead of waiting for long time for next patch.
If the fix is not provided in the present patch need to wait long time for next provided version or patch.
Need to sync up with regular updates with salesforce to implement same in CipherCloud.

Overall it's good. Need to improve based on Market demands.

On regular basis weekly will scheduled a call on open incidents and clearing our gaps to provide a fix on incidents.Their is any long pending issues will discuss same on this call.
