What do you dislike?

* They request too many documents, and they dont open them before sending you a request for the same document!!

* They don't believe in Intra Company Transfer, they want experience letter!!

* If they have done your background check before 4 years, they will again ask you everything again and again multiple times. Just to prove they are very strict with background check.

* Also it means the people requesting the documents are dumb.

* The background check continuous till the day of joining!!

* Everything is outsourced, and most of the employees are interns.
