What do you like best?

The function I appreciate most about the Checkr service is the ability to process the background screen instantly. The old process our agency used required printing a form and having the applicant fill it out in pen.

What do you dislike?

I haven't had too many issues yet with the Checkr service. I have only used the product for a few months. It really functions by itself and I am pretty hands off. I use an integrated ATS called Breezy.hr and the only step I need to take is 3 clicks.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The company I work for is a staffing agency so most of our clients are looking for quick hires. We are often asked to have someone start within a couple of days. With Checkr we can get past the long wait times and delays with paper and pen background authorization forms
