What do you like best?
We can easily find the talent in one portal. and track, collect and submit. From sourcing to onboarding at one place. We previously prepared reports manually on excel which was very tough for any manager. Now, on just one click we are getting the report of all the recruiters from day one. I recommend CEIPAL to everyone. Scheduling interviews and sending emails to client and candidates made easy without any mistakes. Updating the status of the candidates made us to take less stress. Because we have all the data of all the team at one click. No data will lost, once we create on the CEIPAL. From the day one you start using CEIPAL, even after months you see the data and give the report to client and management at one click.
I Can say CEIPAL is the best ever ATS I have ever used. My team was very much relied on this ATS as it was very simple and easy to understand. At my previous companies I have used other ATS before, but never felt the ease of handling the things like this. Really hatsoff to the development team and the master mind behind this ATS.
What do you dislike?
Some times it will slow because of down time. Its not a big problem as every site has a downtime.
