What do you like best?

The best thing is that Basware allows you to get rid of internal e-mail communication regarding approving and coding invoices. Everything can be done inside this tool. It is greatly integrated with most of the popular ERP systems, including Oracle Finance, therefore it relies on your chart of account and all other organizational structures. You can setup price limits for employees, so they cannot accept too high costs if they are not allowed to do so. There is a lot of cross-checks during the invoice flow in order to avoid any mistakes.

What do you dislike?

It could be working a bit faster. Purchase order processing is also not the best. It works really slow and is a bit complicated. Very often people do not know how to process it properly and it causes some errors which need to be solved later.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Whole invoice flow is being done via Basware. Major benefit is the fact that we could get rid of e-mail flow. Thanks to that there is no risk that our AP department will miss something.
