What do you like best?

The search feature for courses is setup intuitively and has great filters to find what you are looking for. The videos in the courses all have closed captioning and the option to skip ahead, pause, end rewind which is nice. I also enjoy the homepage "tiles" that organize the site's contents. You can also sign in using LinkedIn, which is a great option for business users to keep their logins together. You can also adjust your settings to personalize your homepage tiles for what you'd like to see.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that the video courses and slides seems outdated and plain. There is also the option to join live sessions, but I found there are not many sessions times that fit my schedule, so I cannot take advantage of the feature. The learning content screen size does not always fill the page's screen frame and appears pushed to the side of the screen. I wish the profile feature let me add a picture to customize my profile more or add details about my professional career and interests for tailored results.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Remember to link your LinkedIn account to add your course badges to your profile. Dual screens can be useful too since the video learning content typically opens in a new window.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am currently using the SAP Learning Hub to learning SAP so I can solve business process and supply chain problems. A main benefit from this application is that is provided an overview of my learning plan and all courses I've taken so I can easily review skills. The SAP Learning Hub has also helped me to figure out what other skills I should learn to supplement my SAP knowledge. I can search by my interests to see other courses I should consider. Some technical engineers struggle with social skills, so I also love that the SAP Learning Hub has a soft skills section where I can focus on refining my communication and other skills to be better in a client facing role.
