Transformed the use of SAP JAM to a real learner experience platform
What do you like best?
I love the flexibility of the platform, bringing our LMS/SAP JAM into a configurable eye pleasing platform, along with widgets to enhance the user experience.
What do you dislike?
Tricky question as trying to think of something I dislike, we were early adopters of Blend so have had an opportunity to develop the platform and currently nothing I dislike about the platform as it has been evolving to meet the demands of businesses not just our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about how you want the journey to look for the user, the platform itself is easy to configure, the key is the user journey, making it easy to navigate, find what they are looking for and engaging.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have certainly solved the problem of one go to place for learning, be it Percipio, Get Abstract, internal content, it doesn't matter to the user everythign is integrated into the blend platform making the user experience seemless.
Additionaly the extra widgets provided in the Blend Platform have enabled us to utitilse the Group functionality for our virtual classroom session, not sure where we would be with out Blend today.
