What do you like best?

I work in the FoodTech indursty and Rows allowed me to create internal tools easily and fast, without writing code. Great ROI. It's the best way to automate and scale a team's processes and operations.

Imagine the son of Spreadsheet / Excel + Zapier. Now, add super powers on top of that. That's Rows. рџ’Є

In terms of usability, is really simple. Super easy and fast learning curve. If you know the basics of Excel, then you can use Rows.

What do you dislike?

Because Rows is still a recent tool (couple of years in the market), there are a lot of features still missing / under construction. The cool thing is that every week (literally), they launch new updates. Follow their social media and keep updated.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

At our Team, we have created cases mainly related to our Operations (e.g. https://rows.com/templates/manage-restaurant-orders). But also for our Marketing, Sales

and Supply Teams (e.g. B2B sales generation tool).

The cool thing is that is so easy to learn and use Rows, that, for example, our Sales Team generates leads by themselves.

Besides developing solutions for our teams, we creaetd tools for our external stakeholders (e.g. an online app where our partners can order packaging).
