Information at Hand

What do you like best?

I like the availability of information at hand via a tablet or smartphone. Once the app is fully updated, the user interface is very friendly and finding material is very easy and fast.

Besides haveing information at hand, the availability of presenting on the go and sharing specific information to customers its a very useful tool to share interest.

What do you dislike?

Updates take time, and new installation requires a long time to have the app ready, but this is due to the amount of information available.

A cloud service could be an alternative, but when a connection is not available, it won't work.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This a fantastic tool to have information for employees to ease access on the go and also to present to end customers.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

When I need quick access to information on day-to-day work, the app is a tool to search this information quickly as well as presentation to customers of different products during meetings.
