What do you like best?
It's a few simple clicks to add new users to a plan. It's a few simple clicks to run commission for our organisation of 100+ salespeople.
Xactly SimplyComp syncs with our Salesforce instance, and brings in the relevant opportunities, etc., so that it is easy to see exactly what everyone is being paid on.
Xactly provides great implementation support to help you get set up. They help you problem-solve how to use their available functionality to provide the desired plan. We put them to some challenging requests, and they were able to answer them.
What do you dislike?
Xactly SimplyComp is the lower end version of Xactly's commission automation tools. That means it does miss out on some more advanced functionality - draws, advances, etc. We still make a lot of manual adjustments to the tool.
It also only handles tabular reporting from Salesforce, so you're out of luck if you need to base commission off summary reporting like off Account Teams.
The UI is a little buggy, so you need to be careful when typing in information manually.

If you're in the market for an affordable commission solution, you can't do better than Xactly SimplyComp!

We used to spend at least a day every month sending out new commission plans. Now it's as simple as pointing and clicking to add new users to plans.
We know have a reliable and auditable record of our commission paid out, down to the individual deal/meeting level of detail.
