Advanced user of Power EnterpriseThe software is really good at reducing operational costs by integrating the inventory, as well as the payment flow along with powerful data insights. The product is really helpful for fast-moving inventories. The availability of the software from all devices simultaneously is really very helpful and the data helps in curating important business decisions.
The integration of the software with other existing modules can still be improved for optimal performance. It would also have been very helpful if the product roadmap could have been obtained beforehand which would have helped us in planning. It tremendously hangs or lags very frequently when a large amount of data enters the system and is given for processing. The best possible solution is to avoid the inflow of a huge amount of data all at once because the infrastructure on which it is built is not supposed to handle such an amount of data at once.
Before purchasing the software, make sure it integrates well with the other software that you have in place.
We were trying to reduce the operational costs of various related business processes and make the processes more efficient and streamlined. The status of the payments, the tracking of the service orders, maintaining of the inventory, especially when it includes perishable products. We were in search of a product which can meet our needs, but most of them were either too costly or not enough secure. At this juncture, the product serves both the purpose of being pocket friendly for a medium-sized organisation and providing the appropriate level of security alongside.
