Simple and effective backup for Google Workplace that doesn't cost the Earth

What do you like best?

The system has a very elegant, very clean, simple-to-use user interface which makes it extremely easy to get up and running and configure your users' backup strategy. I particularly like the use of "SLAs" to determine how often a backup is run for each user. Restoration is extremely easy, and there is the ability to define specific roles for each user, even allowing them to restore their own data if need be (depending on your company or organisation's policies, of course).

The help/documentation system is one of the cleanest and useful I've ever come across. With access to screenshots and no-nonsense instructions, you'll be able to resolve 99% of all problems without any issue - but if you do need help, response times are good.

Pricing is also very reasonable. For commercial entities, a minimum of 5 users is required at $3/each (which is still extremely good) - though if you're a non-profit/individual, contacting afi.ai directly will most likely yield a good discount.

Overall I am extremely impressed with the service - significantly more so than previous backup providers I have used.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. The product does exactly what it says it does.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Long term automatic backup for all email, contacts, calendar and Google Drive data for Google Workspace. This product absolutely solves that problem.
