What do you like best?

CodeTwo Backup for Office 365 is a simple to use tool to help organizations safeguard their Microsoft 365 data but creating a local backup copy. This is useful when users accidentally delete data, or delete it on purpose and find they need it later, or delete it when leaving the company not realising they had some important information.

What do you dislike?

The interface seems slow to respond at times, not that you need to use it often but when you do it feels like you click and wait for something to happen, second-guessing if I had clicked or not.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having an extra copy of data, outside the control of the users allows IT admins to restore, backup and store data for extended periods of time. The systems can backup Emails. OneDrive and Sharepoint files.
