Advanced user of TeletrackLIVEThe system is well thought out and offers a lot of useful functions but the most helpful element for me personally was how flexible the system/team were in tailoring to our needs
I feel the summary of bookings I.e. how many visits scheduled vs booked could be clearer and in the main system rather than team management. More for convenience than anything
Running our payfiles have been considerably easier as it pulls data directly from the system rather than it previously being a manual and labour intensive process
