easy to use

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to build templates, save them, and go back to them for editing

What do you dislike?

I've noticed here recently that it does not work as well using Safari as it does on other internet systems. Other than that, I really don't have anything negative to say about using FishBowl.

If you're looking for something that is relatively easy to use for marketing campaigns, I highly recommend.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've definitely been able to send a lot of campaigns out through fishbowl to get our customers in the door on bad weather days etc
