What do you like best?

Utilizing the advanced filters for a search seems to be the true value with this product. I haven't really had luck with 'Ideal Candidate' but I do use 'Saved Searches' and turn on notifications, which has been pretty great so far.

What do you dislike?

I wish it was a little more intuitive and find it strange that if I am searching for someone (by name) that I am connected to in my actual LI network, it doesn't show them at the top of a search, or sometimes show them at all. Also, I feel that it should be smarter and geo rank candidates that live closer to you and place them at the top of a search, rather than tons of candidates in other countries and then having to add a location filter to see who you would even want to see.

Great for perm recruiting!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Really great for passively looking, direct hire recruiting needs. If you are looking for temporary candidates, this is not the right resource.
