Glitchy software and Unempathetic customer service

What do you like best?

Version 1 Liondesk is a nice and easy interface but not available to new users. Fair price.

What do you dislike?

The importing of leads works most of the time, but sometimes wont work for weeks and all your leads don't get imported. Customer service also have not offered to import the lost leads, nor will they refund your money if you pay upfront for a year when your product stops working.

Customer service isn't available on the weekends either, so Realtors, just know you have zero back up when you are the busiest.

I've used many CRMS over the years and this is my least favorite. I've asked for my money back several times and they have refused except for a $60 credit because they couldn't fix their software for months.

Realtors beware.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend avoiding this CRM even though the price is attractive. It's unreliable software and the company doesn't try to make it right with the customer.
