Advanced user of AgentOfficeAt the time, this was used to follow up with potential clients that had expressed wanting to buy a home in the future. There was little available to automate things and that made us rely on calling everyone every time
over the years not much changed with the systems. Technology needs to be updated quite a bit and over the years I used this it never changed. Although it was functional, it was stale.
We stopped using this a ways back and I have since left that field however when I was using this it was clunky and old. Following up with clients was overwhelming as there was no way to sort and automate things
It did help us not lose track of potential clients - we could create "to-do's" that would remind us to call people and stay top of mind.
