What do you like best?

It is extremely efficient for an agent, especially in the field. I love the ease of access for myself, my agents and my buyers. It has gotten me a few deals just with the searchability tools.

What do you dislike?

It has been buggy from time to time. I have become so reliant on it that when it bugs out I its a detriment to my business.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Its a great application and I use it daily, it is a bit buggy at times and not all the information is in it for what I need but its a great starting point for myself and my team. Its especially great when sharing information with clients and friends. As time goes on I assume there will be loads of data useful for my clients.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has eliminated a lot of the misinformation that my buyers usually see from Zillow. So it saves me time. After they send me a few Zillow links that have already offers on them I get them on to Homesnap and they are cross referenced from there.
