Great lead dashboard

What do you like best?

The dashboard is super easy to navigate, I love that you can change the colors of the background, and the preset email responses!

What do you dislike?

Since the update we had a few months ago it has been a littler harder to find certain reports.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Entering traffic has become so much easier for my team, just a few buttons and the lead is entered! Listening to the recorded calls has improved our customer service greatly.
