What do you like best?

It's fast and easy to input information into the database and it's also customizable. I like the ability to be able to see all the important information at a glance.

What do you dislike?

Having to wait maybe 24 hours before you can get a question answered. It would be nice to have a "chat" section, because having to wait 24 hours before getting an answer to a question really slows down the process of getting things done because of the wait time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

1.Being able to connect the properties with the owners and the companies.

2.Being able to group entities so you can send out blast emails.

3.Being able to run reports that show us the information/patterns, etc. of what we are looking for in our database.

4. Being able to target specific things in reports.

5.Being able to customize reports so we get the just the information that we need.

6.I like that the reports are updated as the database is updated.

The benefits are that these things get done so much faster by using Apto.
