Advanced user of Yardi Advanced Budgeting & ForecastingOnce I got trained properly and worked on one budget, it is easy to apply the knowledge to the next one and get up to speed. It is a good budgeting tool if you are going to do budgets for multiple entities multiple times for efficiency's sake. It offers a lot of good functions if you do like to explore them!
It would take some proper training to get started. And even if properly trained, there will be a lot of little issues that you'll encounter and have to figure out later on. But considering how complicated budgeting is, I won't complain too much! And again, once you get to speed, it's like flying!
