What do you like best?
Planview LeanKit is a platform that is as flexible as it is customizable. Within our organization it is used to work on small and large projects in an orderly fashion and has been effective in keeping our productivity up. Planview is not at all complicated to use or understand, it is quite intuitive and navigable. On top of that, it has a top-notch customer support team that is always responsive and timely.
What do you dislike?
This could be the lack of documents and training material to integrate new users, which I think should be provided taking into account the learning curve that this tool has.

Totally recommended. It is a highly flexible, customizable and robust platform in terms of integrated features that, on top of that, has an excellent technical support team trained to provide solutions whenever the need arises.

Planview LeanKit has been very beneficial to our organization. I have seen a significant improvement in the performance of each team in terms of project development.
