What do you like best?
Well, it has all the features a project manager or a company might look for in a tool to manage, assign and track work within a project. It's very user friendly and easy to learn both for manager and team members to track their work.
What do you dislike?
Well the statistics they provide is not that useful. They have too much of details. They should think of making that easy for layman to understand.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are managing and tracking progress in our project using the tool.
