What do you like best?
Breeze allows me to work with my team and communicate with them remotely. The best part about it is that the app helps to keep me organized and I can easily create and archive jobs using the card system. You can move each job back and forth between project status panels.
What do you dislike?
While Breeze is great to use internally, it's difficult to work with when clients can also view the job. If you want to hide certain comments from client view, you have to remember to check whether or not the checkbox was filled in to do it. We only wanted our clients to see comments that were pertinent to their projects, not our internal discussions about it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Working with a smaller company, Breeze helps us stay organized and not rely on digging through email to keep up with projects. We were doing that before and it was putting way too much stress on the team. Plus, as the company grows, everyone needs to be focused on the work. Having everything in one place for each job helps us do that.
