The upside of Comindwork is that it is cloud-based and does not need any platform to get it installed. It provides great online help and support whenever required i.e. 24/7. It offers to create workflows and Gantt charts. It is monthly user paid subscription. It does offer filtering options and backlog management system. It provides a nice milestone tracking interface

What do you dislike?

The software doesn't offer free trial before purchasing. There maybe organizations who may require to try before they buy any software and may want to switch to other softwares for tracking project purpose. The downside of this software is that it doesn't offer free trial. They should also provide issue tracking mechanism. It doesn't have customizable template. In the Bug management tracking , it doesn't have release version tracking options.
