What do you like best?

9teams is great collaborative tool to work.it is highly intuitive agile project management solution that is easy to use and get the result in an effective way.the best thing i like is,with 9teams project managers and members are on the same page.i.e. all tasks, projects and other critical data are transparent.which makes the team very engaging,interactive and productive at the same time.All the team members have access to all the information,making easy for handling the project even at critical time.

overall, it helped me to manage the different kind of projects,issues.and i am very happy using the 9teams tool.

What do you dislike?

pricing is little high.and customer support should also be up to the level.i found it below expectations.

it is highly intuitive and easy tool to use for ERP and Agile project management.so, i would recommend to each and every firm to give it a try.
