Out with the old, in with the new

What do you like best?

Resource Management is now streamlined to eliminate so many emails, meetings, excel sheets, .... and because we are global this cloud tool eliminates the early or late calls to coordinate. & the mobile app for expense management (sales team loves it)

What do you dislike?

The platform offers a ton of configurations, however they won't allow custom mods for only you. You can enter your inputs into their backlog and they may prioritize them into a release, but there is no option to pay for it if they disagree with you on the value add. Luckily the one key mod we asked for is now in consideration.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As a global org we used different systems or processes in different regions for time, expense, leave and resource management. This streamlines into a single system and eliminates a ton of "old" ways and saves so much time.
