What do you like best?
It is a simple tool but with endless possibiliities, it has allowed me to set milestones and route maps to follow up on objective, this way I am in every process on my way to accomplish wwork tasks and business projects. It is easy to access, simple interface and quite flexible at the time of visualization. The customer support is attentive and whenever I have a small doubt with any tool they always attend me patiently.
What do you dislike?
Perhaps it would be much more accessible if I could download the application to my phone or computer to customize my work much more immediately and quickly without having to go to the web. The collaborations with the work team are often not linked very well; this is a bit of a problem to visualize progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it because for my work team it has been an indispensable tool in our day to day work organization. It will probably be just as useful for you.

We chose to join ProductPlan because we need a tool that makes it much easier to organize our tasks, and ProductPlan is just the right tool. It will undoubtedly improve our productivity by optimizing mainly the order in each job to be done, so we follow the process in a clean and organized way and reach our goals in less time than expected. We have done a great job since we joined ProductPlan and the differences are really significant.
