It is a good tool to carry out information management and various processes in a much simpler way
What do you like best?
It turns out to be a good tool to carry out the management of information and various processes in a much easier and faster way within the company, thus optimizing the entire workflow, the ability to create reports that it has is quite useful and complete, providing a good amount of information in a fairly detailed way, thus helping the whole part of the decision-making management in a much more objective way.
What do you dislike?
Ok, if we talk about its interface, this is not very intuitive at all, so using it can be somewhat cumbersome, its ease of use, although not the best, is not the worst, but if I consider that there are elements that could be change to optimize the application even more, its price is somewhat high and its customer service team in my opinion is quite poor when answering any questions that may arise while using this application.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
In theory, I decided to use this application after hearing recommendations from my friends about how they managed to organize in a fairly optimal way all their workflow within their companies, frankly I must say that if it helped us in something to improve certain processes, but without However, I consider that it fell short when trying to optimize other processes, so I consider that the application really fell short of the expectations that I had set, the application is not bad, but in my particular case it is not I turned.
