An easy entry to the world of PIMs.
What do you like best?
We like the ease of use of the application. It's very intuitive to navigate through all the data.
Configuration of the system it's also very easy to manage, an advanced business user can do it.
It comes with different out-of-the-box connectors to third parties that mean fast integration with websites/eCommerce/etc.
The customer support it's a 10/10, very fast answers and very helpful.
What do you dislike?
As a PIM I expected some functionality about forms creation and, at the moment, there is none. We managed to solve this problem using a third party software but in the future I expect this as native functionality (it's on the roadmap).
We use several tools/systems to update our data and it will be helpful to have the possibility to call external APIs using a button on the product page.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We help our Marketing team organize all product data in one place, avoiding the use of excel or shared folders.
We also help our Technnical team simplify it's work by mantaining relevant data in PIM only, instead of multiple applications.
We provide better and faster service to our customers.
We are able to create several websites arround PIM and control all data on the same place.
