What do you like best?

Easy to use, ethical and quality products, and pleasant customer support.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike anything in particular but if I were to put myself in the shoes of other users I would say that printing on more medias would be a plus.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Their platform is really nice, the eco-friendly products and the plastic-free shipping are big pluses. I just advise you not to get discouraged before your first sales (it took us 2 months).

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a physical store and an online store. In the physical store we offer products printed by T-Pop for demonstration purpose. Then, when customers want a particular product, we have it delivered directly to their home using T-Pop.

We have also just launched a new website, we can try to develop a new e-commerce site at no cost, this is just great.
