What do you like best?
The quality is very consistent, whether it is T-Shirts, Door Hangers, or Yard Signs. The value is great and there are always promotions and deals for extra savings. When it comes to customizing Yard Signs or Door Hangers, there are almost no limits to what you can change on their pre-made templates, which is great. There are a lot of customization & template options which is important if small details are very important to you.
What do you dislike?
The only downside is that there is a limited space on the T Shirts for your graphics. I also wish there were more long-sleeve shirt options with high quality fabrics. I would be willing to pay more for a higher quality cotton fabric for t-shirts, sweatshirts, and long sleeves.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for folders, flyers, door hangers, and other similar marketing materials, Vistaprint has the best value by far. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my marketing materials. I also recommend using Vistaprint for white t-shirts since their prices are unbeatable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have had no problems so far. In terms of benefits, I really like how easy it is to customize anything on their website and the final product looks almost identical to what you customize online. Very use-friendly website. Customer service is great and they have immediately resolved any issues I have had with my orders. Uploading your own photos and graphics is very simple as well and always turn out great. Another awesome feature is a little notification you get that tells you when your image resolution is poor (maybe the photo is too big, bad format, poor image quality). That warning is great since nobody wants to be stuck with a grainy image once your product comes in.
