What do you like best?

At my university, they recently rolled out a new version of the software with a much improved home page interface. This is a lot easier to navigate than the old layout.

What do you dislike?

While the software is functional, it's generally glitchy (at least, our version of it is). For example, in certain fields I've learned that the tab function never works and it will take 2 tries to enter information in that field. Frequent users can learn to work around this, but it takes extra time. The software also seems to log you out at random, so I've learned to save often so as not to lose data.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've used this to enter financial information that will later be reviewed by the central administration of my university. I've also used it to look up financial info in databases.
