What do you like best?
The support I have received from the day I contacted them for a demo. Any time I have a questions/concern/problem, they respond quickly.
The EMR is also very user friendly and customizable to my needs.
What do you dislike?
I can only choose one descriptor for some items, like gait. but there is a box to type in so I typically just use that to list all deviations.
Due to the current pandemic, I have not used the billing side of the system so can not comment on that
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
So far the benefit is the ease of documentation.
I am hopeful that when I do start using the billing, it will be a huge benefit because it will save me time from doing it myself
