What do you like best?

It is an easy software to use, which anyone can easily open and understand how to use it. They even got a small manual that is helpful, despite it could be updated.

It can clearly help saving hours of work and it is mostly automatic, and you can even restore more than one image at a time (however it won't reduce waiting time a lot).

What do you dislike?

The interface is a bit outdated, the recovering process can be a bit slow and well and it is a bit pricey for most users as it is not often you will find a corrupted PSD files (plus with recent versions of Adobe Photoshop offering backups).

I also got some troubles running on Windows 10, needing to use the software in another computer.

Unless you lost some big project that will result costly to recreate, I recommend trying other tools first.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I tried the software to recover some PSD that got corrupted during a shutdown, and we were able to recover a few of them.
