What do you like best?

I volunteer for several non profit youth organizations and do work on their social media and websites. I started using this software just for them, but, soon, I moved into using it at the office, too. There is SO MUCH you can do! I especially love the Instant Effects that I can apply. There are many to choose from and it completely changes the look and feel of the photo or graphic that you are working with.

One step photo fix is also helpful for when you aren't sure how you want to edit a photo. It instantly lightens a dark photo.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, I've been using this software for a relatively short time, just a couple of months, and there isn't anything I've found I don't like about it at the moment.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I find this software easier to use and having more features I want.

We used to use Adobe Photoshop, but I found I liked this much more :)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In using Paintshop Pro, we have eliminated the need to ask others to "fix" or create photos and graphics that we use for advertising posts. I'm learning more about the software every time I use it and I think it will be incredibly useful in so many ways that I haven't even thought of yet.

I've also begun using it for my personal photos, too.

My son plays lacrosse and parents of the underclassmen have to take on the job of preparing for senior night. With Paintshop Pro, I created amazing edited photos to add to a collage that we give the seniors. Everyone was super impressed.

Next year, my own son graduates and I already have ideas for what I'm going to do with his photos.
