What do you like best?

It is a tool easy to use, does not require learning curve, its design is amazingly modern and linked to the branch that corresponds to us, offers many functions from the management of appointments, monitoring of activity and exercise, in addition to treatment plans, an aspect to highlight is that it allows to design a unique rehabilitation protocol for each patient offering the patient a fully personalized service, in addition to allowing remote diagnosis of clients is an extraordinary feature.

What do you dislike?

It has an extensive library of videos, however if you want to customize your account and upload videos or patients is extremely difficult, also is somewhat expensive, is designed for large clinics or chain of gyms, for a small business or personal undertaking of professional fees would not be profitable.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I love this tool, it has allowed me to explore new professional spaces, in addition to improving my performance as a physical therapist in addition to directly affect a more effective recovery of my patients this has been possible thanks to personalized video sessions, news and feedback cycles that help me to improve health and speed up the recovery of all cases, additionally allows me to perform remote assessments so I have also increased my portfolio of patients and clients in the case of athletes I advise who play in other leagues outside of Peru. On the other hand, the degree of personalization that the patients receive with the individualized exercise plans also increases their degree of satisfaction with the service provided by our work team.
