What do you like best?

The fact they tailored the app for small businesses. Now more than ever. Small businesses need help and previously everything was manually done by accounting.now my staff are able to access their statement and forms online.

The mobile version of TeamPay is also great and easy to maneuver. Newer employees love this feature.

What do you dislike?

Having a variable cost is tough. There is so much still to be learned and it can get costly to keep adding features.

I wish there was more online resources for things such as the report writer having a summary on what fields mean.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do your research on what you need and may want. There is a plethora of options and it is better to start off with more than less.

Ability to process payroll via a cloud based solution which makes it easier for both employer and employer

Benefits: approval is quick and easy, ability to wrote reports instead of having people to curate them
