Actually, I haven't experienced a downside. There have been a few errors made, but they have been immediately corrected.
Quadriciser Corporation is a very small company, so our situation is not complicated at all. We are not able to offer some of the usual benefits so we don't have to deal with all the rules, etc., that goes along with compliance in those areas. The benefits I have realized are being free of the weekly responsibility of doing the payroll and having all reporting to federal and state governments completed on my behalf. This has been a huge benefit and relief to me. It is also knowing I don't have to keep up with changes that occur in payroll reporting.
