Misleading Rewards Information - recurring pattern

What do you like best?

The quickness at which you can credit money into your Amazon Pay Balance. However, the same speed does not apply when you want to use their Rewards after collecting them.

What do you dislike?

If you are able to get past the many terms and conditions that apply, the Amazon Rewards section has started a trend of pasting incorrect URL addresses to which the reward applies. This cannot be a one-time error as the trend has been continuing for months. For instance, they will tell you that you can get Rs. 50 cashback by shopping from the Home and Improvement section but the offer is available on the following links only. When you hit the URL list shared by Amazon, an entirely different category or product type shows up. When you query about it, they say it will be handled by the backend team and their team never-ever gets back to you on this.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Please don't try to lure and mislead paying customers - inserting wrong URLs so that people cannot use your Rewards section? Highly unprofessional and a below-the-belt act. With your revenue size, using such manipulative practices is utterly shameful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Amazon Pay is quick as long as you are crediting money to it. When it comes to Amazon Pay usage benefits or rewards, their portal and policies are highly unfriendly, and these days, they are getting misleading.
