Easy to use patient communication system
What do you like best?
You can customize your texts, emails and voice messages to patients. Adding a lot of details has helped patients with what appointment they have and at what office. You can also see when a patient received their text, email or voice memo and create as many reminders as you need! Their customer service is also great! They help you out as soon as possible and show you how to fix issues in the future.
What do you dislike?
You can only texts patients and patients only. If you have to text a "parent," you have to add them in as a patient.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We had issues in the past with patients showing up to the wrong office for their appointment. The text and email reminders have allowed us to put our directions on there! Most of our patients are older, which makes it harder for them to text. They really like the voice memos and those have helped them remember their appointments.
