What do you like best?

It keeps our client credentials secure and is easy for our team to use.

What do you dislike?

All of the functionality on ElePass works really well. It used to lack the ability for clients to upload their credentials but that feature has now been added to the product.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've reduced our risk related to saving client credentials in spreadsheets and now have a secure way to store credentials and to minimize risk to our agency and our clients of passwords getting copied, leaked, or shared in emails.
