What do you dislike?

It is paid. The free version has a one hour limit on calls.

During Screen sharing its difficult to visualize the chat box.

There is a lag in the audio at times.

Sometimes, the video quality is poor. It is not HD.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you expect to have meetings more than one hour you should purchase the software otherwise the free version suffices. You dont have to download an app as it can be used directly from the web browser.

Highly recommend zoom especially for meetings with international clients with no limit on participants.

Add favorites to a contact list which can help in quick invite for any meetings.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use it for online teaching, urgent meetings and work from home. I have found that it is very easy to set up and send out invites via zoom. People can RSVP on the invite which makes it helpful to expect attendees.

The software is compatible with various devices such as phones, browsers, iPads, laptops as well as in the conference room.
