What do you like best?
Definitely customer service. I have to interact with their customer service department several times a week and they are always so quick to respond with clear and easy to follow instructions. It makes my job much easier.
What do you dislike?
There are a few minor issues with the newer program such as the inability to download certain file types or adding certain types of studies to a project. There are simple work arounds so certainly minor as I stated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! It's a fantastic site and they will be there to answer any questions you may have and to provide assistance at every step along the way.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We simply could not perform the level of processing we do without Miovision. The ease of sending reports and projects in mass saves us time and money allowing us to use those resources to improve other areas of the business.
